possible weird stuff

I am new to chickens we have only had them since October. Three of our hens in the last two weeks have started laying all of them will be 24 weeks old on Tuesday we have nine. i have noticed in the last two weeks odd slimy patches of clear stuff mixed with almost a whitish stuff in the run. At first I thought one of the hens had drank to much water to fast and threw it back up but it keeps happening every couple of days. I'll see a patch or two of this stuff. I remembered hearing that chickens can lay eggs without a shell. I was wondering can they just lay the white part of the egg without a shell or yolk if they are young or have some thing wrong with them. I have yet to figure out which of our birds is doing it we also have two roos. Every one seems to be acting normal so I don't know what to think or watch for if there is something wrong with one of them.

I'm not even sure its and egg thing it is just weird that I keep seeing this same sort of thing only every few days and a couple of those spots in a day and it just started when the girls started laying. They look slimy like the white of and egg so it isn't soft like the one you posted but it is good to know what a soft shelled egg looks like. Thanks for the pic and the help. It might be poo or pee (DO Chickens PEE?)I don't know if it happens again tomorrow I'll remember to take a picture and post it.

Technically, no, chickens don't pee. Their poop is a pee/poop mixture. A picture would definitely help.
