That’s good!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did the 0.7 mile walk a bit ago LOL I will do it again tonight. Trying to get back to two walks a day lol11,212 steps yesterday, and my hip feels pretty good today.
Nice!!!!!!With my bad knee I can't walk far at all, but started going a couple hundred yards each day. For about half of that I walk sideways, I guess you'd call it. It works muscles not used with normal walking. And since I can't walk much I try to make the best of it.
