Once again the Egg Quality Handbook comes to the rescue.

It's possible when a hen has a roundworm infestation for one of the worms to make its way from her intestines up into her internal egg making factory, where it gets incorporated into the egg. It's time for a worm treatment.
Thank
Was it moving?
Sure looks like a roundworm.
Pretty improbable for them to get up into the reproductive system, but it is possible.
I'd have a fecal float done on your birds.
@dawg53 what would you suggest?
It was not moving. It was for dead. Just never seen anything like that before.

I ended up cracking open all of my eggs for that day and the day before to check them all. Didnt see any more.
Did you eat them?

Probably will be doing this for a good long while:
Open eggs one at a time in a separate dish before adding to pan or recipe,
use your eyes, nose, and common sense to decide if egg is OK to eat.
