Possible worm overload?

What is a dewormer I could use on my chickens? I’ve tried everything natural and it’s not working. I need something more effective. What can I pick up at tractor supply? How much should I use? What’s the egg withdrawal?

I've got some possible worm problems, too, and I'm trying to figure out how to treat a couple of mostly wild cockerels that live in my hedge. No worms seen in their poop, but one has occasional mildly foamy orange diarrhea, and both have slightly pale combs. Acting normal, eating and drinking. And my two girls are laying nice eggs regularly and have nice looking comb color.

I read some threads on here previously recommending doing deworming in stages: first a more gentle dewormer to reduce the worm load, then a stronger one to kill what's left, but now that I actually want to go and use that information I can't find it!

I've been trying to do natural worm reduction: DE, papaya, oregano, garlic, cayenne, black pepper, pumpkin and fresh ground pumpkin seed, but the color isn't really coming back to their combs (except for right after eating the cayenne, for obvious reasons). The combs aren't super pale, they look more like they need a little lotion. ("Ashy", in the vernacular.) Not sure how long I should keep going at it from this angle before bringing out the big guns.

I have a small assortment of dog, cat, and human dewormers laying around, too, and don't know which would be the best one if/when I do turn to modern pharmaceuticals.
