Possible worms/mites???

One of my hens has seemed to develop an unusual bald spot on her head. I know the roosters mating can cause it, but that doesnt happen on just one side like this. I heard that works and mites can cause this, so could someone give me some pointers and help with getting her better from what ever she has?? She is the only one that had this.

It looks to me like the start of Favus, a fungus which is contagious. I recommend treating it with anything that has Miconazole in it. Wear disposable gloves when applying it.

Thanks, researched it, and it does seem similiar. I'll look into that sight when my battery is full agai.
