Possible wry neck need help

Hello I have a few day old chick who now can not hold her head up very well and ends up rolling all around and gets stuck on her back. Will she die if I fall asleep tonight and she can not get off of her back I ha useda vitamin e capsule and squeezed it into water along with a small crumble of b vitamin. She does try and eat and drink I just don’t know how successful if she can’t tilt her head up to swallow

Can you squeeze it directly into her mouth? It will take a while for it to improve and some just don't make it, there's usually a reason for it. I'm sorry.

She will try and drink on her own and from a dropper. I’m more worries about her getting stuck on her back. Do you know if they can die from that?

You can pur her in a cup or a make a chick chair. You can get baby liquid vitamins, that might help
