Hoover's has a heritage turkey poult assortment available to ship next week. (Super early in the year, which I found weird?... but exciting at the same time)

I would like to keep a tom and two hens from this order, preferably of the same variety to possibly get babies in the future. My question is, would poults from a hatchery be siblings, or not necessarily? I have read as far as turkeys go, not to breed siblings.

Maybe half siblings. I'm not sure what the turkey breeding pens look like but with chickens, there's usually 50 hens and 15, 20 or so roosters. You can usually find examples of a certain company's breeding pens online.
