Possibly egg bound chicken?

Yesterday we noticed that our hen looked like she was egg bound. We caught her and saw the lump between her legs. It was not hard, so we feared that she might have broken it herself.
We have been giving her lots of calcium and baths. Also put some lubrication on and inside her vent.
But I have noticed that the lump keeps feeling less and less tender every time she poops. Could it just be constipation?

You must put her abdomen in a worm water bat whit some epsom salts for 15-20 minuets. Meanwhile whit a rubber glove covered finger,which you have lubricate with cream you gently massage her vent wail she is in the water. Hopefully she will discard the egg or the shell left inside. Its a life threaten situation and you must treat her ASAP!

Weeeelll...the hen has layed an egg, but the lump between her legs is still there. Anyone any ideas what's wrong with her?
