Possibly egg bound?

I have two rir they are both 9 months old and they started laying this januray and usally they lay thier eggs with no problem but today ratatouille seems to be dealyed on laying and I dont think she egg bound but I thought it was strange because today around 12 she ran back to thier house and went in the box and when I saw she was out I went to go grab the eggs and I didnt see one and my other chicken rattypatty I dont think shes gonna lay today but raratouille keeps going in and out of the box and shes in there right now and shes panting and the coop I bought sadly has to vents and im in fl and its kinda hot rn but it seems like she is having trouble laying the egg bc its been a few hours now and i will say last night she had lots of stress bc she got out when i wasnt home and my parents foun her sleeping on the porch and then my other one escaped and went crazy bc she couldnt find her and they didnt get to go to thier coop untill 1030ish so it could maybe be stress for that but im not sure she was fine this morning and my other hen ik shes fine shes taking a bath rn, what do you think ? if she doesn't lay the egg by a certain time what should i do, her poop was very watery today and for the past few days but like i said its been hot and they've been drinking lots of water

i haven't seen her walk so i cant say that her butt drops down but i doubt it if she gets out ill check

Nvm were all good she just laid it she looks like shes overheating again but it's okay it happens almost every day and i have a cold water ready for her
