Hey eggsperts
I live in northern. Illinois where our weather today was 7 degrees. When. I got home from work my ladies laid two eggs in their box. One egg was cracked (I through it out) and the other was not cracked but possibly frozen?
If there a way that I can tell if the egg was frozen? Is it okay to thaw a frozen egg and eat it? Are there potentially harmful medic concerns to eating a thawed egg?
Thank you!
