Possibly Pendulous? Crop Issues

I have a pullet about 9 weeks old and while feeding the flock meal worms I noticed she had a bit of a bulge. It looked like pendulous crop so I picked her up and felt it to verify and I believe its the crop. So, is it pendulous crop? Should I be worried/does it have the potential to harm her? Any treatment ideas (I'll probably hold her off food)?

I'm also puzzled by how young she is to be afflicted by such. I usually check their crops everyday, but I have been slacking due to the holidays (baking and such), last time I gave them a good check was 5 days ago. Oh, and if it's any help, her crop has always hung a bit low, just maybe not pendulous, though it isn't really waving around.

And thank you for any help in advance!

I think she's a little too you to get pendulous crop, but that poop doesn't look normal. If she were mine I would check her in the morning to make sure the food in her crop had emptied, then get a baseline weight on her, and re-weigh in 3-5 days. If gaining weight, you're okay. If losing weight, there is a probably a problem.

Thank you do much Casportpony! I was planning on doing what you instructed but it seems the issue might have solved itself. This is what she looked like today

It looks improved to me but what do you think, should I still do the treatment? This whole situation seems so peculiar, could she have weakened crop muscles, possibly set up for crop issues later in life?

Thank you so much again for your help!
