Possibly sick 4 week old chick

My 4 week old Rhode Island Red has bee lethargic for a few days and once i noticed her droppings were white and runny. Despite being May in Mississippi it has been colder than normal. She is one of 4 new chicks, all of which are on medicated starter, and the others seem fine. I could be over-reacting but i thought better safe then sorry.

At that age when I see a slow chick that was previously acting fine the first thing I do is run a course of Corid in case it/they are brewing a case of coccidiosis. There's other things it can be but with coccidiosis you don't have time to wait and see so it's always best to treat and at least rule it out.
