possibly sick chicken?!!!

i have a chicken almost 3 mos. old.i noticed today she was kinda lethargic and puffed up,so i brought her in and put her under some heat.i started giving her vits. and electrolytes in her water.she seems a little better now but when i put a little pressure on her crop liquid comes out.it feels a little squishy to.she just got done eating and drinking.is this normal.im not sure what kind of chicken she is.shes a small bantam.

Is her crop going down at all? Is she acting perky or is she still lethargic? Can you post a picture of her? That's really good that she's eating, and good job on the heat, vits., and electrolytes!
