The other light colored chick is lighter but has more bluish gray. She’s the one in the front!

Just wandering what should I do if the eggs don’t hatch should I try to get young chicks younger then four days and try to slip them under her at night?

I did that last year with these babies that I posted! I had a hen sitting on eggs but I don’t have a rooster so I gave these chicks to her and they were 5 days old. I did it in the afternoon like an hour before dark so I could watch and make sure she accepted them! And it went really well!
