Post Colorful Roosters

Quote:
They cost an arm and a leg, they're heartbreaking, rare to find, and chances are you're gonna get a boy or two.

But really, that's the price of them. But in the end if you're lucky - TOTALLY worth it!!!

First time posting pics - so hoping I have it figured out

This is my lil Montana...

and This is my Naughty lil boy!

I really didn't want 2 roos - but I am out in the country and no one cares... so now I can justify getting more hens so I can keep both my boys. So far no fighting between them - Naughty is clearly my "alpha" boy - and he will probably be a permanent fixture... as he is the only one who has so far learned to be good most of the time...

I have learned my lesson - no naming them until we know what they are!

Is this colorful enough?

We are still trying to figure out his breed, but his name is Jasper

(This is right before his molt, so normally his wings are browner)

Thanks you all for very nice Colorful Roosters. It is nice to see the nice roosters with really high quality photos.

I am wondering how many roosters I already see there

Not sure if you want brightly colored roos or multicolored roos? So I have a couple to put in this awsome thread!
