This is the one with the brownest wing feathers...




You can really see it here where they're all lined up; on the two to the right, the long straight feathers of their wings are gold; on the one to the left, they're much darker.




This is right after a scary noise. 'Brownie' definitely the boldest, most protective of the three. Think s/he's a roo?

Could be a roo. Those darker wing feathers will probably molt out to gold , but that chick may end up with pepper in it's tail.
 
heres a pic of my 5 bbs chicks 3 spalsh 1 black and 1 blue. i think the black and one of the splashes are roos because there wings are way shorter than the other 3.

so cute! the last one is so round ..im going to guess..im probably wrong and say thats a pullet..you,ll have to keep us posted..the black ones fool me for a while every year..
 




Bella's auntie looks like she has been attacked by something :( But on the bright side (I am not that sure if its the bright side because it annoyed me) she did lay a egg!
