Gotta give Harry some credit on the size of this Cuckoo. Harry is the one with the 13 lbs White Orp cock. And this Cuckoo cock is closing in on 13 lbs and is just turning a year old. One thing with these bigger birds they do not stop growing and filling out till there a year and a half to two years old.

Thank you! I've been adding in the Farmer's Helper "Ultra Kibble for Chicks" at a 7 to 1 ratio. I don't have anything to compare it to as this is my first flock, but all of them feathered in so full and quickly and really appear to be in great health so I'm going to give the credit to them lol.

x3 or x4 or whatever number I fall in at. John you could do an amazing story about Orpingtons and in doing so revive or renew young children's interest in keeping/caring for chickens. The story would not only be entertaining but it would be in my opinion a wonderful tool to help educate and encourage kids everywhere.
