Hey I wonder if any B/B/S breeders could help me out! Is this baby a blue or splash? I believe it's an Ameraucana... Any guess on the sex, either? I thought the chick would darken as it grew up but it didn't! My blue babies are so much darker!

did you hatch it? my experience, splash is hatched yellow,. it looks like a blue to me, nice light blue. and in the top pic, it looks like a boy, others are to far away to tell

It hatched blue but now it's getting super light! Maybe he's a lavender... Hopefully he's a she.

I have to say, I'm no breeder...but it looks just like my lavender americauna chicks. They are a very light color like your chick! Good luck!

Daisy and her baby are doing great! The baby is also feathering out really quick! Shes such a good mama, she kills huge bugs for it, its so funny watching it gobble them down!

Bella still loves her siblings. It's so nice to watch her go and find them to relax with after feeding!

x2 I am going by my limited experience with bbs and I have some that are light blue and some are dark.
