Mr John if you don't mind me asking, what state do you live in and about how much does land go for around about? Im from north/ arm pit of fla and have traveled to lots of places including deserts and love valleys of mountains in NC TN and love Arkansas also:) just something about my southern roots:)

Oh wow, I feel silly, it is beautiful, looks somewhat like somewhere in Tennessee, we recently made a trip up there to get our baby min pin Hurley, who just adores our chick babies:) however he almost got done for trying to play with our large roo, he listens surprisingly well whenconsidering I callesd him to me considering his breed is so stubborn its the potty training we are having difficulty with:/ Thank God we have all hard floor! Wish we could potty train my lavs!

Min Pin males are notorious for sprinkling in the house unless they are neutered young, and cratetrained.
 
I have a papillon mix that adopted us 2 years ago. He leaves presents for me in my bedroom all of the time, & pees on my bed post. My chickens have more self control.

I'm in England. I'm not really sure how much land goes for around here. My granda got this like 60 years ago as a payment for tiling someones roof!
