I would be interested in which color/line(s) of Orps are the most productive, excluding hatchery stock. With the introduction of the English stock, are they more or less productive than the American lines? And are the eggs smaller due to the Cochin infusion? I would also be interested in where the lavenders fit in here. Seems I've read they are less productive in general than other colors, ie, blacks, buffs.

They do lay less but they are very bigg chickens and their eggs are the same size but the uk sop is for color size a looks us sop is egg production and size
