As a Back up plan I have an Akers White Rock that I will also take to some Buffs and a Black or two. That breeding will be like my BUSTOFF breedings. A super large test and see. Since Rock is part of the make up of the original Orpingtons this MAY make some nice Orpy Whites. As it is with BUS, I am more then surprised (happy) with the results and I am looking forward to the potential using the Big White Rock cockerel.
I also will be eventually getting some of the fellow UOC White Orp breeders's line to mix in. All ego's aside for the Whites, we really need every single breeder all pulling together to bring them back and the numbers up. Plus, I just need time to get lucky some more! lololol

I prolly will have a project cockerel that we can share.
How about using one of my Cuckoo Orp cockerels when their ready? They are Lav splits too. lots of fun to do here.

We're outside now, but is too dark to get an updated pic.
Here they are. Wild looking birds. I have all sorts of ideas. Making a Crele eventually using these boys. I thought I had just two, but I have three. And one is definitely carrying the Lav gene and should make some neat looking birds.
