Ok, here are some updated ones from a couple days ago (2/28):
Versace with Buffy in the background sporting her new saddle, much hated and despised by Versace the saddle not Buffy. Ironically Versace does not mind the saddle on Amelia the EE.
Buffy
Chicks hatched beginning of December 2009. The buff/blue cockerel is a Versace x Buffy and the two blue pullets are Versace x Lacy (Delaware), cockerel in the background is a Versace x Stacy (Delaware). These are the fluffy chicks pictured in my earlier thread.
Up and coming Cockerel, Gumpers. He is just starting to come out of a very akward looking phase. His body was growing faster than he could handle it seemed. He still looks gawky but you can tell he is starting to fill in.
His best friend in the world an OrpxCochin cockerel same hatch date. Gumpers is finally bigger.
My up and coming girls, getting close to POL. They still hang with their Cochin broody mom (white) and the two splashes still sleep with her. Geordan, splash left Garnet, splash center Gemma, blue right
Geordan she is getting some vibrant splashes of color:
Garnet she has nice size and shape (at least I think she does so far) a charmer:
With Versace, Geordan center and Garnet right:
Gemma my adorable blue she is going to be petite compared to her sisters but still larger than my hatchery stock layers:
Goodness, I hope the number of pictures is not too many. I am just tickled at how my youngsters are progressing and love my Orps.
Now I am thinking I really need some blacks a trio would be nice.

The male bird is very nice. Don't really like his tail, but so close. Guess some of the Lavenders are getting very close to the good Orpington type. Almost makes me want some...almost!
