Post Pics Of Orps/ Orpingtons HERE

I think I'll take your advice and try and find a breeder here on BYC

The chicks I just hatched are adorable, but I have limited coop/run space and I really had my heart set on the 'Blue'. I just listed them on craigslist today, hopefully they'll find good homes.

I got some better pictures of them today while they're still here.

First babies out of my current generation of pullets. I hatched them out with some serama x and some others of Cetawins - blue orp roo on her mixed flock. We still haven't figured out where the yellow baby came from! But i'm so excited because the roos are really doing well fro fertility this year. Have another 2+ dozen incubating and more waiting. this is gonna be a crazy hatching year!

Nice face on the White Orp Ginny!

My only White Orp girl has waited long enough. I finally am bringing in some top guns who have the White gene to relieve my pain. They may not look it, but I should get what I have been begging for with these 2 Buff cockerels. AND I paid the big bucks for the 2 Buff pullets in hopes to make some more Buff Sports.
Late October hatches.
I always try to name my males after the first letter of the breeder they came from.
This big one with the better tail is

One of these girls has half a White feather. So, there is "HOPE" in INDIANA on making our own White Orps.

Here the three TATAR ToTs and one more who is a bit older. ALL here safe and sound.
