are you going to give these projects a proper name? Orps are not rose comb or rumpless, you certainly have a lot of projects going on, how do you find the time and space?

Maybe not Rumpless but your Orp history will tell you 100 years ago there were Rosecomb Orps in Black, Buff and White varieties according to the 1911 Reliable Poultry Journal.
Far as names goes, I like my birds names. Since I do not live in the UK, I like the names to relate to US folks from around here.

Not too sure what your talking about. Except for the Black Copper Marans I am talking about the Orpington breed. Just like some like Lemon Cuckoo, I like Brown Reds, Blue Cuckoo, Rosecomb Cuckoos, Dun Birchens.

These aren't show birds but they're part English and I love them. They are 18 wks old.

Already they're almost as big as my American BQ Orps.

I cant beleive your actually went out in the snow..my blk orps are afraid of it and we only got a dusting hee hee..they stand in the door and look out..I open the door and the australorps are gone..they are part wild Im convinced..they take off for parts unknown..the orps think they are standing at the edge of the world..I might have to carry them out and set them down just so they can see that it isnt going to hurt them..

Bill, your probably going to like that rumpless one later ..a go to tail fixer ..maybe..she might have a different look later on..I had an aussie like that..she finished out real nice..I wasnt sure what to make of her at first..
