Post Pics Of Orps/ Orpingtons HERE

My Black Orpington pair from the Hinkles. Betsy, the hen has not layed an egg as far as I know, so still waiting. Does anybody else have some Black Orpingtons? I will be getting a Chocolate rooster here pretty soon and need alot of good blacks to work with. If you do please PM me, maybe we can work out a trade.

Hi everyone, finally trying to catch up after days of prepping for the show and then the show yesterday. We took a total of 13 birds and yes all had to be bathed and beautified.

Upon washing my handsome Biggie I realized he was not thru with his molt so decided to leave him at home and only take the one LF hen. I knew there were going to be some nice orps there but I made the show a "Special Meet" for the UOC so wanted to have at least one LF present. To my surprise my hen took Champion English!!!!

I was not expecting that at all but am extremely proud of her. There were 8 other LF orps and 16 total English birds in the class that she beat.

Not too sure who to take her too. She is just turning 6 months old. My first choice to go is back to Harold.

May take this one to Harold too.
