Yay Bella! I am so happy to hear that she is getting better. Now she needs to hurry up and get back to her ornery self, hehe.

Maybe Bella will get back to her old self again!

Hopefully we will get the old Bella back, but not in full blast or she will annoy me again!

Photos of Bella's feet now ? She looks like she feels better. Well done you !

I looked at her feet last night and honestly, I couldn't see a noticable change. They look a bit nice than they did though. But something must be changing to get her to perch again. I am happy she is perching because I have always thought if something came in the shed without the intention of killing the hens and Bella was juts lying there, then it probably would get her!

G'morning! Could someone please explain to me how to make a chocolate Cuckoo Orp? I have a rooster that is cuckoo split for chocolate, a chocolate hen and a cuckoo hen. I can not find anywhere what to do to create chocolate cuckoo. I would greatly appreciate it!

oh ok, I know what silver Laced is, never heard them called silver orps before.

Me either..maybe meant silver laced? or white orp? there are several people in here who sell silver laced..

Orps also have much cleaner bottoms when they roost. I spend weeks teaching all my babies to roost for that reason.

Keiths Orps are specialists. I have bought fertilized eggs from them.

Cuckoo - split to Chocolate - Bantam Orpingtons.  These roosters when placed with a chocolate hen will produce your own line of chocolate cuckoos.  The parent roo is a double factor cuckoo and the parent hen is a chocolate bantam.
