Post Pics Of Orps/ Orpingtons HERE

Bill I like your Buff Cock Bird better than the show one. I think they are nice color but you know I am very partial to English type.
The splash pullet looks good in the picture.

All have pretty birds.

Paula your chicks are looking good. I have some about the same age your oldest ones. I have three to be exact. Two cockerels and a pullet. I am as usual heavy on the cockerels.

I lost one, so I'm down to 8. It's kinda cool... I ended up with two pairs of splash, and two pairs of blues. A couple of stand-outs in my eyes...

Splash pullet (I think they're all about 10 weeks old at the time the photos were taken?)

There's a couple more, but I don't have photos of them yet. I'm VERY excited to see what these turn into in the next few months. Paired with the couple of lavender chicks that I hatched from MP, I'm

Wild Charlie - (heehee how's that for a mixture of your names!) your buffs are gorgeous. I wish mine would hurry up and molt as well. Lots of feathers coming out and not looking just real scraggly yet but not ready for the beauty pageants either.

This is my first Orp "Apricot" I love this bird. She's calm, easy on the eyes and already lays a nice big light brown egg everyday at 20 weeks old. Can you believe I got her at 16 weeks for $3 from a local breeder?

I love one of my Orps (I have 5), she'll walk right up to me and rub on my leg like a cat wanting to be picked up, and she loves play fighting with my puppy. I love all my birds, but she's my only pet chicken.
I'll get pics of her soon anuff.

P.S. My mom doesn't like it when she's in the house.
