I've been telling him since she was out of the egg that she, is a SHE! Look at that face.He said he didn't know if was a she or he. I was trying to tell him about saddle feathers. It's hard sometimes to tell on you orps till they get there feathers. Find out anything on your missing chickens?
So fluffy!
I have pictures of different ages of Buff Orps on my page. All Orps are the same in type, or supposed to be. Just imagine those birds black with a green sheen.Just got my first orp. Black cockerel. I am hoping to learn more about SOP for him (no, I dont have the book... its on the holiday list though). He is not a hatchery bird but breeder.
The United Orp club link on page one of this thread seems skeptical. It brings you to a request for money and doesn't show a single chicken. Anyone in here have a link to images that might really help me learn how to look at him and what I am looking for or against?? (visual learner) Thank you
