Here are pictures of my La Fleche chicks from Ideal Poultry.

Out of 25 chicks only 1 was dead and with a very cold 27 degrees this morning I am very happy it was not more than 1.

I AM VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE CHICKS I RECEIVED FROM IDEAL POULTRY!

Below is the email I sent to Ideal this morning. Will not post the photos of the dead ones. If you want to see what the Post Office did to lovely chicks and ducklings, email me privately.

Kitty just phoned me. Thank you for her calling so swiftly. We have replacements coming along with additions to the order.


About 6:15 am the PO called and our chicks/ducks had arrived!

Went down and picked them up so the kids could see them. we ordered 10 Buff
Colombian Wyandotte Bantams, 15 Buff Orpington Bantams, 20 Buff Ducks and a
guaranteed pair of Brown Chinese geese.

We have 11 DEAD ducks and one DEAD Wyandotte!

We have 10 alive Wyandottes.

We have 14 Buff Orpington bantams.



There was 15 Buff Orpingtons ordered!



We have 5 Buff Cornish Standard.

We have 9 Buff Ducks.



We have 2 Brown Chinese Geese.

We have one MISSING Buff Orpington Bantam ????

The live ones are very cute! The DEAD ones are disappointing and well....how
would you feel!!!!!!

Well we lost all but 2 ducklings, and another batam chick. Geese are doing great, as are the other bantams. The 2 ducks look like they will make it. May tag them so I know which survied this. Replacements should be mailed this Wed.
