Cornbread for the dressing. I used two eggs instead of one.

Once you get the other two going again, you can store a bit of each starter in the freezer for long term storage.

I FINALLY succeeded at making Yorkshire pudding!

15 minutes till it’s done!
I LOVE yorkshire pudding. My dad was british and it was a staple at all of our celebratory dinners. I was able to find a pre mix at the local British food store and it was close. Would you be willing to PM me your recipe? I’d love to make it from scratch.

Sure, I’ll do it when I get home. Currently out right now.

Yorkshire pudding:

112g flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
Butter

Directions:

Bring all ingredients to room temperature (don’t skip this, trust me)

Blend all ingredients together for 15 seconds. Let sit for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400F.

Once oven is preheated, put butter in a baking dish, and put in the oven. You want the butter to get extremely bubbly, if not smoking. The butter should cover the entire bottom of the pan and be about 1/4 to 1/8 inch deep

Once butter is heated to extremely bubbly and/or smoky, blend the batter again for 15 seconds. Pour into hot pan carefully.

Cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake 15 minutes longer.

Note: do not open the door during cooking, the sudden temperature change could cause the pudding to collapse.
