Search cocci here. There is lots of information about it. I gather its an intestinal parasite that can cause bloody stool (not always), lethargy, fluffiness and it can be quickly fatal. All suggest corid treatment which is a coccidostat. You find it at your feed store, TSC, Stockdales, etc. it comes in powder or liquid form (usually meant to treat cows) and that depends on how you mix it. Good luck.

We had 6 babies hatch.. Was going to take new pictures but the camera died! Ugh. So here are the ones I took yesterday!

Is that feathers on the first chicks eye that's red or is it blood

Its dried blood. Poor baby got thrown out of the nest and peck by another momma...

But they look better today, and they are all up and walking around eating + drinking.

Yea it is, so is the other one. They both got pecked the worse on their right sides, one doesn't even open that eye, and the other opens it a crack... It looks like they got peck on the ear... But they can both hear, which is good.

I just got done cleaning the sides of their faces with water... They were not happy

But I tried to get the feathers on the side of their head blood free so they could dry properly
