XD I meant to link only the video with the chick swimming in it. Dang YouTube. X3 Yeah, we'll be expanding the coop soon. (As well as culling :( )

Events of the evening: found alternate use for my feather boa from last halloween. Next, photoshoot of snuggling babies, including two 1 month silkies, six seramas, 5 silkies, a chocolate runner, and a 1 month polish. After attempting to capture something amazingly filled with cuteness, I go back to check on the microbabies. I think I stumbled in on their secret meeting, and was spotted shortly after. I promised not to tell anyone about their meeting, so they let me go. Hopefully they don't see this post! :)

Are you referring to my pic of Sunshine? If so here she is for all to see again.

She was the last to hatch out of my cochin hens eggs and I did not think she would make it because my hen kept getting up with her other 3 chicks. She hatched 4 days after the first chick hatched. She was much slower then the others but determined to keep up with her hatch mates. I setup a heating station and she would have nothing to do with it. She preferred to stray behind the rest of them and try her best to keep up.

Here she is now roughly 4 months old.

She's pretty and definitely still a Sunshine

Two broody hens in a box. I've been fighting them like this for a week. Sometimes they're on top of each other. I guess I'll have to get the cages out and put them in the cages to break their broodiness. They're a frustrating pair. One lays blue; one lays olive eggs.
