They are supposed to have bright yellow legs.

Not all do... And, the more eggs that they lay, the lighter in color their legs become.

Can't tell you about the eyes...

Looks like it might be a Barred Rock. It's hard to tell since we can't see it's head but I'm guessing Barred Rock.
