I've been wondering if she might be a bantam leghorn? When I got her we were told she was a gold sexlink (obviously not) but she seems small for other leghorns I've seen of the same age, just over 6 months? Any opinions?

Hard for me to tell her size in a photo. She definitely looks like a female leghorn, NOT a gold sexlink.

I hatched one kind of runty chick this spring... Nope, actually two. Both perfectly healthy, just a bit smaller than they should be. Just fine for an egg laying flock, but they shouldn't be used for breeding.

Maybe that is what you have? Maybe she is just a bit small?
