No, there is nothing natural looking about those orange dots. It might be an alcohol soluble ink rather than water based but no need to go wiping with alcohol pads. Whatever it meant won't be any more clear by knowing the ink is alcohol soluble and I think that would be unnecessary stress.

No worries, I'm not about to rub alcohol on a few days old chick lol. I'll just leg band the two without the dots and time will tell if it's anything substantial.
