Laura,
I have 2 roos and 3 hens, if you look at my second pic, you can see one of the hens in back of the roo. I do breed them and have gotten chicks many times. The birds you see pictured are my 3rd generation birds, the first 2 generations were unfortunately killed by a coyote.
