...And my alpha roo, "Helga"...Yeah, that's right, "Helga". He was a late bloomer but has survived the culling due to his disposition and good work ethic! He is a chill, observant, bird! I love him!

Just went and took new pics - not like he'd hold still of course. Wish he'd pose for me.

But here he is - my unintentional rooster Masala

Ok, so now it is my turn..first I show you Vida Blue, he was our Giant Blue Coching Roo, we just rehomed him..

..of course Vida had some babies, one is with a Buff Orpington mama, His name is Guld he is 20wks old.

He will be a looker, just like his dad.

..and then we have Springsteen, he is also 20wks old, but his mama is a Barred Rock, with green eggs, so I guess an Easter Egger..

We also have another roo, Elmer, he is a Rhode Island Red...popcorn stuffer we kept because he had pasty butt so bad, we didn't think he would make it..thus the name Elmer (glue). This pic is when he was about 8 or so wks old..and my son he is 4 yrs old.. Elmer still doesn't have any tail feathers but he roos like the best of'em, just looks goofy..
