Well once we realized we had the other two homegrown being Roo's we had to do something...4 rooster in a coop of 15 girls, it just doesn't jive..So Vida and Little Miss Muffet, our Partridge Cochin moved to a farm, with lots of land. We have decided to keep Guld (means gold in swedish by the way) and Springsteen is going tof riends of ours, they are just now getting started in the backyard flock thing...Elmer, we don't know what to do with Elmer..he might just have to stay or we will rehome him as well.

I like how EE roosters don't have great big combs and wattles - they're very pretty too. I'm enjoying watching Masala grow up. He was the unattractive one and now he's really pretty!

There are so many breeds and colors, and they look different as they develop going through stages. I love bantam roosters because they are less intimidating.
