What are the two black platform things suspended from chains? It looks like you did a ton of work!

The black things are radiant heat panels. They're made to use as 200 watt heaters or 40 watt brooder plates. The floor gets colder when I open the door so I gave them a spot to warm up.

Hi, here's my coop I build it from scratch on a old trailer so it's movable and it took a whole half a year to build.

its a little dirty we arent fully done with it yet

That’s a solid coop.
Our Ladies will lay on the ground in the dirt, until we put a nest box on the ground, then they refuse to use it.
