I have heard that alot of people avoid them because they find its irresponsible to perpetuate the breeding of them. Is it true that the tuft is only there because of a gap in there skull? I have heard alot if them have seizures and other medical issues :-(

yes that is true i would never buy that breed again, never the less i have 2 amazing white crested ducks and would love to see others.

I have crested in my flock, and it looks like I have one duckling with neurological issues.

awwwp well at least it has a flock to be with, friends make all the difference

yes its kinda sad one of my is blind and has a deformed side crest, wish i had done my research. but she is happy and healthy and a amazing addition to my flock.
