When my hens lose their tail feathers they look so short in length

Dito is my worst so far, she’s not too bad, but the other side is a bit worse. None of the others are really molting yet, scared they’ll start after it already gets cold.

Mine do... like crazy, they started October 18th, and their house is filled with their little feathers every day, but none seem to go bald!

She's impressive; even her hackles are pins! Poor girl! I bet she's going to be gorgeous when she's done though!
