I'm in the uk so no Raccoons only rats can not stop them but the coop is on a stand and I have messed that as well

My father lost nearly his entire flock to pine martens this spring in Ireland. I was there visiting and saw them everywhere around his gardens. Unfortunately he didn't have a concrete slab underneath so those things tunneled right underneath the coop and had holes under the ramp so when the girls were let out, the were immediately caught. His run was a stockade fence so he never saw the holes until his wife went to close them up one night and they only had a few girls left. I tried filling the holes in with stones but new tunnels would pop up by the following morning. When you say you have a concrete base, is it a slab under the entire thing or just around the perimeter?
