Can't answer the poll question.

Coffee is my daily drink. However, if I could have good (aka real not concentrate) sassafras tea on a daily basis, I'd be very hard pressed to turn it down. Another good one though is homemade chai using spicey orange tea as the base.

Normally not a big fan of most teas.

On that note, has any ever drank Chai Tea while practicing Tai Chi? My slightly dyslexic brain keeps suggesting it.

My Mother-in-law gave me this cool mug for Christmas. I had been using a plate over my mugs to aid in steeping and retaining heat, but this mug has a cover!
