Men are complex creatures. ( And to THINK they blame US for being hard to understand? ^^ ) When they like a girl they act like they don't. Watch to see if he treats you differently than other girls. What is he like? He is naturally very friendly and flirty, or awkward and shy? (My bf Peter is naturally very friendly and flirty, and when he seemed to be flirting with all the girls but me, I thought he didn't like me; when really he didn't even think he was flirting that was just his nature, and he was awkward and shy-ish around me because he liked me.) 

BTW I wouldn't advise asking a guy out, they have this weird thing where they like taking the initiative on some things like that, as if it is 'their place' and makes them feel 'manly' or something. If he really wants to go out with you, but is afraid to ask, he will eventually bust..from my experience. Not always the case, tho. 




....of course, my bf flirts with me now, but in a TOTALLY different way than what I took to be him flirting with his friends. There is like..a major distinction. LOL I would suggest you observe everything, now don't go like all creepy stalker, just observe. Watch the way he treats you and the way he treats other girls and see if there is a difference. Watch his eyes too.

If shows he cares a lot about you (like if you are hurt or something..did you get hurt? I was a bit confused about all of that), you are either 
a) like a little sister and he cares deeply about you in a family-love way
b) a good friend, and he cares very much but on a friend-level 
c) he likes you and might like to go out on a date with you (when a good good boy likes you, he cares a lot)


FROM MY EXPERIENCE. I could just be an idiot, tho. 

(Yeah, I got a minor concussion. He feels like its his fault, and it kinda is and kinda isn't, so I'm not mad at him for it.)
The thing is, you would think if he talks to me, he would talk to other people. Yet, he doesn't. I actually asked him about it:
Me: Why do I never see you talk to other girls?
Him: Why would I talk to them?
Me: ... Don't you think that's a little harsh?
Him: No.
Me: ... But I'm a girl... And you talk to me all the time...
Him: Yeah, but I never said you were 'other girls'.
Me: *smiling inwardly. That was freakin' cute* What qualifies as 'other girls'?
Him: (He's like me: He does archery and does a lot of things on his own. He's really smart too.) Her. *points to Madeliene, a girl in my class who's brother was in a movie. They're super girly and think they're *all that* , but they're not*
Me: Ohhhh.
Him: Yeahhhh.
Me: So, I'm not...
Him: Not 'other girls'.
Me: ... Best inside joke ever.
Him: *we're both laughing* Yeah. *puts on Stephano voice* Oi, y'all are them 'other girls'.
At this point, we were both dying.
Me: Aow mah belly... Ow... *still laughing*

Anyway, so I wouldn't know how he acts around other girls. But he's kinda awkward at times, but he's hilarious 24/7. I can just remember stuff

My problem is I also have a crush on this other guy (that doesn't go to my school). I talked to his friend on Minecraft, (who used to go to my school) who played a joke on me saying he had a girlfriend. Me: "Huh?" Him: "JK " Me: >-<
