Actually I was really surprised and quite flatter when DH told me that our son asked him "Dad, do you think someday I'll meet a girl and get married like you and mom did?" I swear I about CRIED... is that not the absolute sweetest thing ever? And this from an 11 (almost 12) year old BOY? Such a boost to the old ego... esp. in the parent department... figure we're definitely doing something right.. even if it is in our weird round about way.

I think it's a family thing... once we find 'the one' then we're in for life and delighted.
My Gran and Papabear... they were SO sweet. Which is weird since she's a 6 FOOT Granny...
And he looks like Judd from Pet Cemetery. But she was his "Little Indian Squaw" and she rolled over in her sleep to rub his bald head.
And then there's Memaw and Pepaw... and Ol' Granny and Ol' Papa...
I donno guess I've had some pretty good examples of Happily Ever After... eventually.
Not to say I don't think David Boreanaz is free to bite me any ol' time.
And Brendan Frasier... always had a thing for him... School Ties... With Honors... ahhh...
Edit... ties not times... sheesh clearly I was distracted.
And AMEN Dragon... it's well past his shoulder blades at the moment, and since he works outside (when no working on his Philosophy Degree) he's got these awesome blonde streaks... drives his sister nuts since she has to pay for her highlights.
