Pekins, muscovies, calls, cayugas, and runners are my top 5 favorites! I love all ducks though and plan on having several breeds.

I now have almost all the breeds I want! I have the 4 rouens, 4 welsh harlequin, and two calls (i plan on hatching and keeping two of her girls) and when/if these khaki eggs I have hatch I will keep two or three of the girls, then I will have all the breeds I want

the calls wont hatch till next spring though but by next spring I will have........................ 16 ducks! If I keep 3 khaki girls

The seven out of ten I have Muscovies(1 juvenile drake-2 juvenile hens-2 adult hens-1 adult drake)By the way the drake is a white head

Ended up buying 3 mallards from the local TSC. Ended up with 2 drakes and a hen. They have flown the coop on several occasions. Just the other day, all 3 of them were waiting for me at the run door. I opened the door and in they went. It must be from all the treats we bribe them with. They especially love the grapes. As skittish as mallards are supposed to be, the 2 drakes will take treats out of our hands, and the hen will get really close.

I have 3 Pekin, 7 Mallard/Rouen mix, 2 Khaki Campbells, 2 Pekin/Mallard/Rouen ducklings, and 1 crested Khaki Campbell. So far I like p/m/r the best. One of them looks more like the Rouen/Mallard, and the other looks more like the Pekin. They are still young so I can't wait to see what they will look like. They are the cuddliest so far.
I had 15 pekin at one point but they were huge compared to my Mallard/Rouens and they were getting very mean (I gave them away). So I am not a fan of the Pekin, but I have not given up on the breed, I still have 3 that are being nice.
