This came from one of our naked neck bantams! I was told that their eggs at the normal size bird were very large, that even though these are bantams they may lay smaller but the eggs shouldn't be much smaller! But this is such a tiny egg, it was so delicious! They have not been fed medicated starter and have been on layer for about a month! I hope their eggs get bigger!
 
We are up to 6 members in the Layer's Club with our latest inductee being Beatty our BCM. She has gifted us with a gorgeous egg everyday since she started laying 5 days ago.

My very first egg! 28 week old buff orpington laid this tiny thing yesterday. I had almost given up. Now if only her sister would follow suit
 
At 10 months of age, I FINALLY got my first egg from the last of my 6 ladies, our Golden Laced Polish, Ava. What makes this so special is that, on another thread, for the last 5 months or so, we've been trying to determine what gender she actually is. It kept going back and forth and...Now we know.
