our very first beautiful eggs!!
 
Got my first egg yesterday, not sure from whom, either the Buff or the Silver Lace WY... Both are 19 weeks old. But eggciting nonetheless!!! It was small, perfect shaped and super clean. Even found another one today! Feels like Christmas around here!!

Wow! What breed did that come from? My first eggs have been half that size! lol. I only have one layer and she is a BO.
 
Lol, I was actually comparing it to the hand in the photo, but the added photos are more like what we are getting! That was funny.

We got our first egg today! My barred rock - 20 weeks, three days old! Didn't lay in the nesting box but I am still super excited!!
