Goldie1234, I'm smiling because a barred rock laid first in my flock and her egg was tiny also but perfect. Isnt it exciting to find that FIRST egg?!! My eggs are gradually getting larger - not large size yet - but a bit bigger. Have fun. Kay in NC

Another chicken started to lay today. I believe it is one of my lifht brahmas. The tan egg with white speckles is new and i think the other one is from my australorp. What do you
