She's such a good layer too! By her third egg they were up to the large size on the scale. I love cream legbars and will probably get more

Our very first egg! I'm so excited!

I don't know if it's from a barred rock or a black sex link. But here it is!

It’s a little lighter and narrower than Ethel’s (Rhode Island Red) big brown eggs. It looks white in the picture, but it’s more of a creamy color. It will be interesting to see if they get darker. I’m sure they’ll get bigger as the chickies grow a bit more.
